Acetilex  non-sparking tool range, is the only non-sparking alloy that is totally safe in the presence of acetylene. Acetylene is a gas that shows high reactivity to copper, which is the main component of all the alloys currently used by all manufacturers for producing non-sparking tools. This reaction produces a highly explosive substance, which is sensitive and dangerous even to minor temperature changes.

EGA Master’s has developed a new alloy called ACETILEX, which safely prevents the creation of any such explosive gases. The tools manufactured in this new ACETILEX alloy also show excellent mechanical properties, such as high hardness and tensile strength.
